The Job

MadBid is searching for bright individuals that are looking to grow & accept new responsibilities in a short period of time. A major aspect of this position is to liaise with our suppliers and arranging deliveries of products to our customers, also management of our online auctions will be an integral part of this job. This position is best suited to people who are reliable and like to think of themselves as a perfectionist. College or university education is considered a plus, but more important is evidence of maturity and dedication to making sure they produce quality work.

Your Role

Operations Support Executives contribute across all parts of our business and have regular contact and with the upper management. Auction management is done in rotating shifts, 9:00am-5:00pm and 4:30pm-12:30am, the majority of our staff work the day shift. This position is also open to students wishing to work part-time while studying at Uni. Weekend work can also be part of this position. Please note that we would like our interns to work for a minimum of five months.

Essential Requirements

• Personal integrity & great with customers (verbal and written)
• Highly motivated and punctual
• Diplomacy and good communication skills (English)
• An analytical mindset
• Highly organised
• No 9 to 5 or Monday to Friday attitude
• Eligibility to live, work in the UK
• A higher than average competence with computers, software/applications (MS Office) and technology
